
As physical beings of mass and dimension, our eyes have the ability to see what our ears cannot hear. Mirroring visual spatial dynamics and rhythmic patterns, our eyes transmit messages to the brain that words are incapable of uttering or reproducing. Why then have words become the hegemonic rhetoric of our folklore, stories, and experiences? How long will our bodies remain victims of the Age of Reason? What if we began to rekindle a visceral understanding in our 21st century bodies? Would our memories become more potent, translatable? Would we be able to share stories that seemed untellable?
